This Hampton Inn is very new. Everything is clean and staff was very helpful. We didn’t have any problems during our stay. The free breakfast was very nice. It has both typical US and Mexican breakfast.
My stay at this hotel was definitely just as I expected. Lots of restaurants, cafes, shopping malls and fast food nearby, easy access and exit to the highway to Leon Mexico or to the second ring road of Aguascalientes and a good price for the value offered. The room seemed a little small to me but the spaces were very well used/decorated, good furniture/electronics and a more or less comfortable bed. Spacious bathroom, shower and space for showering were excellent. Staff was attentive and generally friendly and breakfast was decent for the price paid. I have already stayed at other Hilton hotels in other cities and this one met my expectations.
After 9 days of traveling through Zacatecas, Jalisco, and Aguascalientes, La Cabaña was one of the best restaurants. The food was fresh and not extremely spicy. Furthermore, the prices were very affordable.
Very cute,clean rooms. Not the largest room size but big enough to sleep, shower and anything else you need to do while on a business trip. I emphasize the cleanliness. I feel really safe staying here
My husband and I were extremely impressed, pleased and happy with our stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and very nice. Hotel and our room was clean and felt safe and welcomed. My only 2 issues but I did not report: - comfort of bed. The bed was too firm. I wish there were softer beds - fridge wasn't keeping food and drinks cold enough. Other than those 2 issues, I had a terrific time and experience. I would 100% return.
This place was really nice, the rooms are up-to-date and clean and were quite comfortable. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because there is no pool, and because the free breakfast was disappointing when comparing to similar Hilton-branded hotels in Mexico. The hotel was quite empty of guests, so perhaps an a la carte breakfast would be better than a poor-quality buffet.
First time in this hotel. Easy to find. Nice, polite, beautiful receptionist. Kind, nice to talk. Get an upgrade, proposed by hotel staff. Like this place will stay agin. Recommend!!!
Staff at the front and all others represented this Hotel well in positive manner. Room were very clean and location were not too bad (stayed during San Marcos fair but very quiet and able to relax). If I have to find small negative is the parking on under ground at Hotel with no supervision (or least I felt) so as sign said, do not leave any valuable, but nothing happen so we were just happy customer.
